Most advertised items will normally ship within three (3) business days but Toyfun will not be held liable any delays. If an item is placed on backorder or is no longer available then you will have no right to take action or claim damages in relation to such delay or loss. The availability of any product will affect when the product is delivered. Toyfun Warehouse will advise you if any product is on backorder or no longer available when acceptance of your order and confirmation of payment is made. If Toyfun Warehouse is unable to fulfil your order immediately we apologise for any inconvenience.

All sales are subject to a shipping contract. All risk of loss and damage shall pass to you upon our delivery of the goods to any contractor.

Toyfun Warehouse is able to send your purchase to any address nominated by you within Australia with the exclusion of Post Office Boxes. It would be preferable if a person was available at the nominated address upon delivery but if this is not possible a card will be left to enable the receiver to make further arrangements for the delivery of the purchase. Please note that for remote areas in rural Australia the receiver may be required to collect the parcel from a depot. Whilst we endeavour to deliver promptly and efficiently we will not make unrealistic claims about next day delivery.
